Join Podchef, Neal Foley, for a day of demonstrations on methods of pasture raising pigs, butchering them and cooking with their goodness.

Come out to the Podchef’s farm on “Podchef” island for some information and a whole lot of interesting food. Some of the demonstrations will include various charcuterie, where pork chops come from and curing hams. Lunch will be included.

The course fee is $75 and included all materials, ferry fare and lunch. No blood will be spilt–unless it’s the chefs–during this workshop.
