Driftwood Ranch Grass-Fed Beef is available for purchase–your chance to stock up. These sides of beef are from a 3/4 Angus, 1/4 Charolais cross, which comprises most of our current herd.
We are scheduling the Mobile Processing Unit (run by Island Grown Farmers Cooperative ) for January of 2008.
If anyone is interested in a half side or a quarter side (I can match folks up and do mixed quarters) please contact me immediately as our supply for this winter is going fast.
The price will be $3.50 per pound hanging weight (approx. 320 lbs. per side) and we will need 20% down to reserve.
Let me know and I will get you a cut and wrap sheet to order the cuts needed.

was wondering how the grass fed beef was working out for you guys and if you had many orders.
we are a small family farm and wanted to start in grass fed beef program and was looking for some one with experience and pricing.
